Good sportsmanship the key to a good attitude. Always be the team leader and set a good example for your teammates. In life you always have a role model or someone you look up to, as a player of any team it is your role to be someone looked up to. Through wins and losses you always have to have a smile on your face. Tears should be the result of injury or joy, never for being upset.We are pitchers and on our off days it feels as if the whole team looks down on us but the trick is to not look back like others but always look forward and stay positive.
